The Stevens County CSA Naturally Grown Standards include:

• No pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
• Animals are raised in outdoor environments without added steroids, hormones or antibiotics.
• We do not use Genetically Modified seeds or ingredients.
• We do not feed animal feed that is contaminated with ruminant by-products, plate waste, chicken litter or other feed elements that are legal; but that we feel are unethical.
• We do not raise or sell meat from cloned animals.

All farms providing food for our program adhere to these standards and strive to make our farms a working, sustainable part of our local economy.
